BM4 provides an overview of the global, European and Swiss governance landscape for One Health, including the Swiss legal and institutional frameworks that shape implementation at the administrative level. Participants are introduced to a framework for evaluating One Health interventions, drawing on decision theory - including game theory - and quantitative metrics. The module concludes with insights from cantonal actors on existing One Health initiatives, followed by a practical reflection on how to apply the evaluation framework to these real-world cases.
