The 2026 Great Veterinary Workplace Award (VetJoy): Celebrating a positive workplace culture
It is a great pleasure for us to share that the Division of Epidemiology at the Veterinary Public Health Institute (VPHI) has won the VetJoy Great Veterinary Workplace Award in the Large Non-Clinical Workplace category!
The idea behind this award is simple but powerful: to recognise exceptional veterinary workplaces which work environment stands out.
VetJoy’s annual award celebrates workplaces that truly make a difference: they promote mental wellbeing, foster a positive workplace culture, support professional development, and demonstrate strong leadership. It recognises veterinary teams that don’t just care for animals, public health, and food safety, but also value and care deeply for the people who make that care possible.
