Current Projects:

  • Modelling the risk of West Nile Virus transmission in Switzerland
  • Defining New Determinants of Health for Dairy Livestock

Research interests:

Passionate about data analysis and statistics, I combine autonomy and team spirit to carry out several projects simultaneously, including as project leader. My interests in bioinformatics are varied: I'm just as keen to contribute to nature conservation as to human health, whether by studying epidemiological dynamics or helping to improve oncology treatments.

 

Employment:

  • Sept 2024 – Jan 2025: Research Student Assistant, Junior Bioinformatician, Building robust Dog population enumeration. Machine Learning estimation tools, Geodata Analysis.
  • Sept 2022 – Sept 2023: Wildlife Management Civilist, Data Analyst & Field worker, Inferring expansion maps of Reptiles species in the Geneva Canton, Survey of amphibian and reptile populations. Geodata Analysis, Landscape maintenance.

  • 2023 – Today: Master’s degree in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology at Universities of Bern and Fribourg
  • 2019 – 2022: Bachelor’s degree in Biology at University of Geneva
